Electrameccanica Vehicles (SOLO) has released an update to notify the public and investors about corporate charter and bylaws modifications.
On January 31, 2024, ElectraMeccanica’s board of directors amended the company’s articles to allow a name change to be approved through an ordinary resolution by its shareholders, in addition to the existing method of approval by the board’s resolution. This change is detailed in full in the Articles filed with the Current Report on Form 8-K.
