Elcora Advanced Materials Corp. has announced a delay in the filing of its annual and interim financial statements due to extended audit procedures for its subsidiary in Morocco, resulting in a management cease trade order (MCTO) which restricts company executives from trading shares, though trading for the general public remains unaffected. The company is working to complete the necessary filings by the new deadline of October 14, 2024.
