Eisai Co., Ltd., a substantial holder in Cogstate Ltd, has decreased its stake in the company, reducing its voting power from 7.16% to 5.87% through an on-market share sale on August 27, 2024. The transaction involved the sale of 1,718,442 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $1,846,981.46, resulting in a lower overall number of votes attached to Eisai’s holding.
