Eiffage, a major European construction and concessions company, has secured a contract worth approximately €700 million to design and build an office complex for the French Ministry of the Interior and Overseas France. The project, undertaken by Eiffage Construction and partners, also includes a five-year operation and maintenance agreement. This deal underscores Eiffage’s significant industry presence, coming off a strong year with €21.8 billion in revenue.
