Eiffage SA (FR:FGR) has released an update.
Eiffage SA successfully completed a capital increase reserved for employees, raising €238.8 million through the issuance of 2.46 million new shares, followed by an immediate cancellation of an equivalent number of treasury shares to maintain the capital at €392 million. Over 57,000 employees participated in the campaign, and the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2024 fund now holds 3.14% of the company’s capital.
