Eguana Technologies Inc. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, due to personnel changes and audit delays, with a new expected filing date of May 31, 2024. The company is seeking a voluntary management cease trade order to remain in effect until the filings are completed, but this will not impact trading for individuals other than the CEO and CFO. In the interim, Eguana will issue bi-weekly updates as per regulatory guidelines.
