Edwards Lifesciences Welcomes Dr. Feinberg to Board

Edwards Lifesciences Corporation has appointed David T. Feinberg, M.D., Chairman of Oracle Health and former CEO of Cerner Corporation, to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Dr. Feinberg, with a wealth of experience in health system management and health IT, including leadership roles at Google Health and Geisinger Health, will receive the standard compensation for his role. His appointment is effective immediately, and he has no material interest in any transactions that would require disclosure.
