Edwards Lifesciences Corporation is preparing for the retirement of their Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer, Robert W.A. Sellers, scheduled for July 1, 2024. Andrew M. Dahl, the current Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, is set to take over the role. Dahl, with a strong background in finance, has previously held significant positions at Medtronic PLC and Polaris Industries, bringing valuable experience to his upcoming position at Edwards. His appointment is free from any conflicts of interest or undisclosed arrangements, ensuring a smooth transition for the company’s financial leadership.
