Edvantage Group Secures New Financial Framework

Edvantage Group Holdings Limited (HK:0382) has released an update.

Edvantage Group Holdings Limited has entered into a Financial Framework Agreement with certain connected individuals, which includes provision of Financing Services to the Group on terms that are claimed to be on normal commercial terms or better. These services are exempt from several reporting and approval requirements under the Listing Rules due to their terms and the applicable percentage ratios. The agreement spans from October 2024 to August 2027 and sets the stage for potential financial assistance by connected persons without the need for secured assets from the Group.
