Dr. Amy Emerson, a pediatrician renowned for her work with juvenile programs, has been unanimously elected by the Board of Directors to join the Company’s board. With her advocacy for educational initiatives, she will contribute to the Audit, Compensation, and Governance Committees as a Class II Director and will be up for election in the 2025 Proxy Statement.
