EDreams ODIGEO (ES:EDR) has released an update.
eDreams ODIGEO’s Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting has approved all proposed resolutions including the annual financial statements, management reports, and a non-financial information statement for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. The meeting also sanctioned the Board of Directors’ corporate management, re-elected and appointed several directors, and approved the Directors’ Remuneration Policy. Additionally, the company has been authorized to acquire and dispose of its own shares and the detailed results will be published on their corporate website within five days.
