Edition Limited successfully convened its Annual General Meeting at 78 Gilstead Road, Singapore, with a full quorum and the presence of key executives and directors. The meeting, chaired by Dr. Toh See Kiat, commenced punctually and the resolutions were voted on by poll, under the observation of Tricor Barbinder and Entrust Advisory as the polling and scrutineering agents respectively. Shareholders were well-informed of the meeting in advance through announcements on SGXNet and the company’s website, and had received physical copies of the Notice.
