Edison Lithium Corp. has received the Supreme Court of British Columbia’s approval for its plan to spin out its wholly-owned subsidiary, Edison Cobalt Corp., with further details on share distribution to be announced. The arrangement is still awaiting final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, and Edison Cobalt is preparing to list its shares on the TSXV. Edison Lithium focuses on the exploration and development of essential battery metals, aiming to capitalize on the growing demand within the battery industry.
