ECR Minerals (GB:ECR) has released an update.
ECR Minerals PLC has issued new ordinary shares to its managing director and chief operating officer, Nick Tulloch and Mike Whitlow, as part of their remuneration, totaling 15 million shares. The company has also issued additional equity to conserve cash resources, with 17.3 million new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The issued capital now stands at over 1.85 billion ordinary shares, with the new shares ranking equally with the existing ones.
