Ecora Resources PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 200,000 of its own ordinary shares, which will now be held in treasury. This move on 14 May 2024, carried out through Peel Hunt LLP as part of a previously announced programme, affects the total number of shares in issue and those with voting rights. Investors should note the new denominator for shareholding calculations is 250,556,897 ordinary shares.
