Ecora Resources Plc has announced the buyback of 50,000 of its own ordinary shares on May 13, 2024, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program, with the shares to be held in treasury. This move comes after the program was initially declared on March 27, 2024, with the shares being bought at a uniform price of 84 pence each. Following the transaction, the company’s total number of shares with voting rights stands at 250,756,897.
