ECIT AS (DE:3CZ) has released an update.
ECIT AS has received a voluntary offer from Olympus BidCo AS to acquire all outstanding B- and C-class shares, with the board unanimously recommending shareholders to accept the offer. The offer includes a cash and/or share consideration option, with a price set at NOK 10 per share, and the offer period runs from September 4 to October 1, 2024. Approximately 78.7% of the company’s shares are already committed to the offer, which if successful, will see Olympus BidCo AS owned by both Rollover Shareholders and minority investments by TowerBrook Capital Partners.
