The European Central Bank (ECB) has informed Addiko Bank AG that the voting rights of Alta Pay Group and Diplomat Pay are no longer suspended. This follows the sale of Diplomat Pay’s shares to S-Quad Handels- und Beteiligungs GmbH, effectively removing Diplomat Pay as a shareholder and leading to the ECB withdrawing its application to appoint a trustee for the voting rights.
