EC World Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a positive development as the Consumption Restriction Orders against Mr. Zhang Guobiao have been lifted following a preliminary mediation plan between Unilogix Yangling, an affiliate of the Trust’s sponsor, and the Yangling Lender. With the restrictions removed, Unilogix Yangling is actively working towards a settlement with the lender. The Trust’s management assures its unitholders of further updates on this matter.
