EBOS Group Limited, under its ticker code EBO, has expanded its equity base by issuing 4,379 new ordinary shares at NZ$ 35.26 each as part of the EBOS Employee Share Plan. This move represents a negligible increase of 0.002263687% in the company’s total number of financial products, resulting in a post-issue total of 193,449,809 ordinary shares. The shares were issued following a resolution by the company’s directors and these transactions were completed on 13 September 2024.
