Eastman Chemical Welcomes Donald Slager to Board of Directors

Eastman Chemical (EMN) just unveiled an update.

Donald W. Slager has been elected as a director of Eastman Chemical Company by its Board of Directors, set to serve until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Slager will contribute to the Audit, Finance, and Environmental, Safety and Sustainability Committees while receiving standard compensation for non-employee directors. His election, which is independent of any other agreements or family relationships with company insiders, and free of any undisclosed financial transactions, was publicly announced via a press release.
