East Star Resources (GB:EST) has released an update.
East Star Resources Plc has announced its updated share structure, revealing a total of 251,724,699 ordinary shares, with each share granting one vote, following the FCA’s transparency guidelines. The company, which is actively engaged in the exploration and development of strategic minerals in Kazakhstan, aims to advance its copper project within the notable Rudny Altai VMS Belt. East Star is supported by a joint venture with the state mining company, local expertise, and grant funding from BHP’s Xplor program for copper porphyry exploration.
