East Star Resources, exploring for copper in Kazakhstan, has identified promising targets in its Snowy licence area, with significant soil anomalies suggesting potential for gold and copper porphyry systems. The exploration, initially funded by a grant from BHP Xplor, has revealed two large anomalies, including a substantial gold anomaly and another with high molybdenum and bismuth levels. These findings indicate potential for further exploration, aiming to confirm mineralization through field mapping and potential geophysical surveys.
