Earthworks Industries Inc. is raising up to $500,000 through a private placement to support its legal battle against the cancellation of a lease with the Kletsel Dehe Wintun Nation. The funds will also aid in covering the company’s operating expenses, while the placement awaits approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
