EARNZ PLC, an energy services acquisition company, disclosed that its Executive Chairman Bob Holt engaged in a share transaction involving the sale and subsequent repurchase of 4 million shares at 8 pence each. Despite this transaction, Holt’s overall interest in the company remains unchanged at 7.63% of the issued share capital. This transaction was duly reported in compliance with UK Market Abuse Regulation.
