Earlyworks Co., Ltd. announces a change in their financial leadership, with Ms. Lin Caspia stepping down as the Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons, effective April 30, 2024. She is succeeded by Mr. Kota Kobayashi, a seasoned finance professional and entrepreneur, who will take over the role on May 1, 2024. Mr. Kobayashi brings experience from his previous roles as co-founder and CEO of Hotaru Inc., CEO of Pyrus Inc., and analyst positions at Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. and Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
