EAM Solar ASA is inviting its shareholders to participate in a capital increase, aiming to raise between NOK 10 million to NOK 25 million by issuing up to 250 million new shares at a price of NOK 0.10 per share. The subscription period is from October 17 to October 31, 2024, and is open to shareholders as of October 30, 2024, who are registered in Norway. This move is expected to strengthen the company’s equity base and support its future growth plans.
