Eagle Royalties Ltd. has reached a deal to sell 12 of its uranium royalties to 1485568 B.C. Ltd. for a total of CAD$3.75 million, with payment terms including both cash and a secured promissory note. The note allows for a portion to be paid in cash or Royal Uranium Inc.’s common shares, with maturity options and penalty clauses tied to Royal Uranium’s future public transaction.
