Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. has appointed Robert Doyle as the new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding the retiring Glen J. Diduck, who has served the company for over 25 years and will remain on the board. Doyle brings over 30 years of experience in company strategy, finance, and mergers & acquisitions, and his appointment is pending regulatory approval. Additionally, Eagle Plains has granted incentive stock options for 1,230,000 shares to its directors, employees, and consultants.
