Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Ltd. has renewed its business agreements, entering into a new Master Services Agreement and a new Tenancy Agreement with Pouyuen Vietnam for a term of three years, effective from June 2024. These agreements, which follow previous additional tenancy agreements, are set to manage the company’s interconnected transactions and property leases without requiring independent shareholder approval as per Listing Rules.
