Eagle Bay Resources Corp. (TSE:EBR) has released an update.

Eagle Bay Resources Corp., a Canadian firm specializing in rare earth elements and niobium exploration, has announced its rebranding to ‘Apex Critical Metals Corp.’ with a new trading symbol ‘APXC’. The change will be effective on the Canadian Securities Exchange from May 1, 2024. Shareholders do not need to take any action, as current share certificates remain valid with new ISIN and CUSIP numbers.
