Mr. Saul Zang has become a substantial holder in Unico Silver Limited, acquiring an 11.62% voting power through 963,323 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares (FPOS). Alongside associates including Mr. Eduardo Elsztain and companies such as AGD and AGCL, the group has coordinated significant share acquisitions in Unico Silver Limited. The transactions, completed on 25 June 2024, involved considerable cash consideration amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
