E-Star Commercial Management Company Limited reported a revenue increase of 8.8% for the six-month period ending June 30, 2024, reaching RMB313.8 million, despite a slight decrease in profit by 8.1% to RMB89.1 million. The company also saw a healthy rise in liquidity with cash and equivalents growing by 3.9%. Shareholders were rewarded with an interim dividend of HK$0.048 per ordinary share.
