His departure is amicable, with no disagreements over the company’s operations, policies, or practices. Meanwhile, DZS Inc. has been granted an extension by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel to continue listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market until August 5, 2024, to meet listing requirements, as communicated in a recent press release.
