Dynatronics Moves to OTCQB Market Following Nasdaq Delisting

An announcement from Dynatronics (DYNT) is now available.

Dynatronics Corporation is set to be delisted from the Nasdaq due to non-compliance with minimum bid price requirements and will transition to trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, a move that doesn’t necessitate shareholder action and won’t alter the company’s business operations. The company won’t appeal the delisting and expects its common stock to begin trading on the OTCQB immediately after Nasdaq trading suspension on July 9, 2024. Dynatronics will maintain its reporting status under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 despite the shift.
