Dynamic Metals Limited (AU:DYM) has released an update.
Dynamic Metals Limited has successfully established a lithium-focused joint venture with Mineral Resources Limited, advancing their Widgiemooltha Project. The partnership has been solidified with a $4 million cash payment to Dynamic, and an additional $1 million due in 2025, in exchange for a 40% stake in the lithium rights. Mineral Resources will begin exploration and may increase their stake to 65% by funding an additional $15 million in exploration costs over the next four years.
