dynaCERT Initiates $2.5M Private Placement

dynaCERT Inc (TSE:DYA) has released an update.

dynaCERT Inc. has announced a $2.5 million non-brokered private placement, offering over 16 million units at $0.15 each to support the sales of its HydraGEN™ Technology Products and for corporate purposes. The units include common shares and half a warrant, with full warrants exercisable at $0.20 within a three-year period. The offering targets investors in Canada, the US, and offshore jurisdictions, subject to regulatory approvals.
