DXN Limited, a specialist in prefabricated modular data centres, has appointed Ms. Shelby Coleman and Mr. Hasaka Martin as Joint Company Secretaries, effective immediately, following the departure of Mr. Andrew Metcalfe. With backgrounds in law, corporate governance, and extensive experience with listed companies, the new appointees bring a wealth of expertise to the DXN board. The company, a major provider to government and enterprise customers in the Asia Pacific region, operates a vertically integrated business encompassing the design, manufacture, and operation of modular data centres.
