Peter engaged in on-market trades, resulting in a direct and indirect acquisition of 18,159 fully paid ordinary shares, and sold a total of 8,498 shares at varying prices. Post-transaction, Peter directly holds 235,000 shares and indirectly controls over 8 million shares through various entities.
