Duke Capital Limited has announced the issuance of 6,226,000 performance share awards to executives and other employees as part of its Long-Term Incentive Plan, with vesting based on specific performance criteria. Additionally, 1,317,503 shares have vested from the 2021 awards, and to maintain EBT headroom, the company issued 2,872,403 new shares expected to be admitted to AIM. The total ordinary shares in issue will be 424,361,137 post-admission.
