DS Smith Plc has announced an update to its share capital, revealing the issuance of 1,802,094 new ordinary shares since April 2, 2024, which brings the total number of shares to 1,379,253,901. These shares are all entitled to one vote per share at the company’s general meetings, with no shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this total share count as a basis for disclosure and transparency rule calculations.
