DS Smith PLC Announces Major Shareholding Change

DS Smith (GB:SMDS) has released an update.

DS Smith PLC has notified a major change in shareholding after JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s acquisition or disposal of voting rights crossed a threshold on June 28, 2024. The financial giant now holds a total of 5.095594% of voting rights, combining direct and financial instrument-derived votes in the UK-based packaging company. The total number of voting rights held by JPMorgan following the transaction is 70,299,270.
