DS Smith Notifies Shareholder Voting Rights Change

DS Smith (GB:SMDS) has released an update.

DS Smith PLC, a UK-based packaging company, has reported a change in significant shareholdings, with The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. adjusting its positions. As of 10 May 2024, Goldman Sachs’ total voting rights in DS Smith have decreased to 2.743523%, down from the previous notification. The changes involved both the acquisition and disposal of shares and financial instruments.
