DS Smith Plc has announced the vesting of nil-cost option awards granted in 2021 under its Deferred Share Bonus Plan to top executives, including Group Chief Executive Miles Roberts and Chief Executive Packaging Stefano Rossi. A total of 204,584 shares vested for Roberts and 55,090 for Rossi, accompanied by additional dividend equivalent shares, reflecting the company’s performance in the financial year 2020/21.
