DroneShield Limited has reported a change in director’s interests, with Director Peter James acquiring 15,323 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.80 each, increasing his holdings to 935,345 shares. The transaction took place via a Share Purchase Plan and did not affect his 3 million unlisted and unvested performance options that are exercisable at no cost and set to expire on January 19, 2029.
