Dream Unlimited Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.150 per share for both Class A Subordinate Voting Shares and Class B Common Shares, payable on March 28, 2024, to shareholders on record as of March 15, 2024. The company, a major developer and asset manager with a portfolio that includes office and residential properties as well as $24 billion in assets under management, anticipates increased recurring income from its urban development projects.
