Dream Office Real Estate Investment Trust declared its August 2024 monthly distribution at 8.333 cents per Series A unit, which is an annualized payout of $1.00, set to be paid on September 13, 2024. The REIT specializes in high-quality downtown Toronto office spaces, managing over 3.5 million square feet, and promotes its portfolio as prime real estate in a world-class market.
