Dream Industrial REIT (TSX: DIR.UN) has declared its June 2024 monthly distribution to be 5.833 cents per unit, which annualizes to 70 cents, to be paid on July 15 to holders on record by June 28. With a substantial portfolio of 330 industrial assets across Canada, Europe, and the U.S., the Trust aims to provide strong returns and growth in net asset value to its unitholders. The company maintains a focus on secure distributions and cash flow growth, supported by a high-quality portfolio and an investment grade balance sheet.
