Dream Industrial REIT has declared its monthly distribution for August 2024 at 5.833 cents per unit, amounting to an annualized 70 cents, payable on September 13 to those on record by August 30. The REIT boasts a substantial portfolio with 546 buildings across Canada, Europe, and the U.S., aiming to provide strong returns and growth in net asset value and cash flow for its unitholders.
