Drax Group plc has appointed Rob Shuter as a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Committee, starting 11 June 2024. Shuter’s extensive background includes over 30 years in the telecom and financial sectors, with leadership roles at companies like BT Group plc and MTN Group Ltd. His international experience and expertise in finance, M&A, and business transformation are expected to support Drax’s global renewable energy and BECCS strategy.
